TrickTrack Pro and backups
- Without Pro, your logbook, photos and videos are kept on your phone only. Deleting the app deletes them.
- With Pro, they're backed up to your TrickTrack account. Pro asks you to sign in or create an account, so your backup has somewhere to live.
- Pro is a subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Restore on a new phone
- Install TrickTrack Kitesurfing on the new phone.
- Sign in with the same account you used for Pro.
- Your logbook, photos and videos come back to the new phone.
Delete your account and data
- Without an account, your data is only on your phone: delete the app and it's gone.
- In the app: open Your profile, tap “Delete my account”, then “Delete for good”. Your account, your profile and everything backed up online (sessions, photos and videos) are deleted right away. Your logbook stays on your phone.
- No longer have the app? Email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it, with everything backed up, within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel TrickTrack Pro: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Is TrickTrack Kitesurfing free?
Yes. Logging sessions, photos and videos, the trick catalogue and marking tricks mastered are all free. TrickTrack Pro is an optional subscription that backs up your logbook and media.
Does it work without signal on the beach?
Yes. Everything works offline and is stored on your phone. Log between sessions; nothing needs a connection.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start logging. You only sign in if you choose TrickTrack Pro, so your backup has somewhere to live.
What does TrickTrack Pro add?
Backup. Pro backs up your logbook, photos and videos, and restores them when you move to a new phone. Without Pro, your logbook stays on your phone only.
Which phones and languages?
iPhone and Android. The app speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
A trick is missing from the catalogue. Can I add it?
Yes. Add it in the app: it goes in your logbook right away, and once reviewed it joins the catalogue for every rider.
