Terms of use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

The service

These terms cover the TrickTrack Kitesurfing app (“the app”) and the tricktrack.co website (“the site”). By using them you accept these terms. Contact: hello@tricktrack.co.

Using the app

The app is free to use without an account. You may use it for your own, non-commercial logging. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, reverse-engineer or overload the app or our servers.

Kitesurfing is risky

TrickTrack is a logbook and a catalogue, not a coach. Trick descriptions and levels are general information. Kitesurfing can cause serious injury: learn with a qualified instructor, ride within your limits and the conditions, and use proper safety gear. You ride at your own risk.

Your content

Your logbook, notes, photos and videos stay yours. With TrickTrack Pro, you allow us to store and copy them only to back them up and restore them for you. We don't publish them.

When you add a trick to the catalogue, you allow us to edit it and publish it in the catalogue for every rider.

TrickTrack Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. It renews until you cancel it in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Pro backs up your logbook, photos and videos. We do our best to keep backups safe and available, but we can't guarantee the service will never be interrupted.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time (see Support). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The app and site are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage or for the loss of data that was not backed up. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the law of your country of residence.
