Delete your account
You can delete your TrickTrack Kitesurfing account and everything we hold for it at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Your profile.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm with “Delete for good”.
Your account, your profile and everything backed up online (sessions, photos and videos) are deleted right away. Your logbook stays on your phone.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it, with everything backed up, within 30 days and confirm by email.
Delete some data, keep your account
Session entries, photos and the tricks you added can each be deleted in the app, without deleting your account.
No account?
Then nothing is stored on our side: your logbook is only on your phone, and deleting the app deletes it.
TrickTrack Pro
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
